Shipping Informations

We currently offer free shipping to the US and Hong Kong directly from our Hong Kong headquarter for a limited time during our launch period. Taxes are included in prices displayed.

As we focus in design and crafting, we have plans to launch in more countries in near future.  Subscribe to our email newsletter to be the first to know when we expand our shipping to new countries. In the meantime, there are services such as Borderlinx that provide shipping around the world. However, we are not associated with outside shipping services and are not responsible for parcels shipped through third parties.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of placement. Orders placed on Friday after 5pm (HK Time Zone) may be processed on Monday.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we happily accept returns within 45 days of receipt. All items must be unused, and undamaged in the original packaging, including any tags that accompanied them. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

To initiate a return for registered accounts, please initiate a return based on the order from the Account menu by following the navigation steps: Account > Order > Select Order # > Refund, and let us know why you’d like to return your item.

Alternatively, you may reach out to with your order number and we’ll be in touch to facilitate the process.  Either method, a member of our Customer Service team will follow up with your request.

Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. Although unlikely, please also note that you will be liable for any customs or duty charges if applicable for your return. Once we verify that the refunded products are in the original condition, we will refund the purchase price within 7 days.

Tracking Informations

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order leaves our warehouse. You can also find the tracking number by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Please note: In order to track your parcel, you’ll need to set up an account with us. You will not be able to track your parcel if you choose guest checkout. If you do select the guest checkout option and your parcel is severely overdue, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number via email at
