Lánxn stands differently with a simple approach of making the best with the finest, while streamlining our design to distribution method to allocating all the savings only on to you and our products’ quality. Unlike most traditional brands, we design and craft each Lánxn products in-house to ensure the highest quality and go beyond world's standard of ethical & social responsibility.

Traditional fashion brands markup their products from the range of 6 to 13 times the original product cost to cover the cost from marketing to multiple distribution layers to reach to the end consumers.

Us? 2 to 2.5 times the real cost of the product.

We believe Direct-To-Consumer is the future of brands.  The traditional distribution method is not efficient and often costly for the consumer that is un-related to the product itself.  Similar Brands have taken the initiative to engage direct to its consumer without the traditional retailers and distributors, where the savings usually reflects upon the product price itself.  But at Lánxn, we take it even further.  By designing, procuring, making, and distributing from our in-house facility, we are able to have total control in quality, in ethicality, and in logistics.

We are not pursuing to make the lowest priced product.  Rather, we focus to create the highest quality products, while staying true to our cost.

At Lánxn, we want our products to speak for itself.  We select our materials with our utmost experience in the industry, while working closely with industry material leaders to develop material articles suitable for the design & functionality down to the specific hand-touch we want to achieve.  By using finest materials, it enhance the overall aesthetic of the product that is unmatched by any.  While we focus in quality, it is important to know that it is more environmentally friendly due to a lesser use of chemicals to hide the defects of the materials, which has poisoned the industries.  Further, it helps significantly to create a product that will last a lifetime in combination of our craftsmanship.

In average, our product cost breakdown (excluding markup) is as follows:

Materials cost: 60% of the total product cost
Labor cost: 25% of the total product cost
Transportation cost: 15% of the total product cost

We strive to stand for true value of what you pay is what you get.  By owning genuine Lánxn product, you stand behind the idea of supporting only the effort in making of the product.

Upon placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email.  We will then check your order and the delivery information to make sure that everything is correct.  Within one business day, we will pack your goods and be sent from our warehouse.    Once the goods is sent, you will receive a confirmation of dispatch email that contains your tracking number.  If you are expecting a few deliveries with us, you will get separate emails for each order.

If the email is entered correctly during checkout, please check your junk mail filter or clutter email filter.  Some web email service providers, such as Yahoo, Google, Microsoft and etc may have moved the emails out of our control.  You may, however, add lanxn.com as a trusted domain for future convenience.

If the product has not been shipped, you are able to change the order by sending an email to support@lanxn.com.  A member of our Customer Service team will be able to assist you with any changes or cancelation.

We uses Stripe as our credit and debit card online-payment system.  You can use all the following payment types:  Visa, AMEX, and MasterCard.  Aside from credit and debit cards, we also accept Paypal.

All payments are encrypted with industry-best encryption software.

You will be charged after the products are ready to ship out.

Shopping at Lánxn.com is as safe as it possible could be.  We don’t store any card details and all other information you give us is stored securely.  We use high-level SSL encryption technology which is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.

While we strive to design and craft what you'll love, we understand there are times you may have second thoughts.  This is why we offer a 45 days return period after receipt.  Please find our more information and instruction in our Shipping & Return page to initiate a return.

Sorry, but at this time we do not offer any exchanges.  However, you may initiate a return of the product within the return period and make a new purchase.  Please let us know you would like to make an exchange during the refund process.  We can either credit the refunds as in-store credits or to your initial payment method.

If the order is shipping to the US and Hong Kong, you will not be paying duties and taxes as we have got it sorted for you.  If you are using third-party delivery service to outside of our shipping zone, please check with local government importing laws as we do not have the most updated information.
